What’s covered

Tweezers and precision instruments carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use.

• Misaligned or faulty tips present on arrival;
• Structural defects not caused by wear, misuse or accidental damage;
• Finishing faults that affect performance.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear, including tip dulling over time;
• Damage from drops, bending, or improper sterilisation;
• Corrosion caused by leaving tools in liquids or harsh chemicals;
• Consumables such as lashes, adhesives and tapes.

Caring for your tools

Wipe tips clean after each use, store in a protective case, and avoid dropping them tip-first. Proper care keeps precision tools performing for years.

Making a claim

Email info@sibzi.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If it’s covered, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
