These terms apply when you browse SIBZI and place an order. By using our site, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We’ll confirm by email once it’s accepted. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment in full.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors can happen and we reserve the right to correct them.

Products

We aim to show products as accurately as possible. Colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and batches. Professional tools and supplies are intended to be used as directed.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is covered in Shipping & Delivery, and returns in our Returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. Let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those guarantees, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
