Every order is packed with care and dispatched from our Melbourne studio. Here’s what to expect.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. During sales and peak periods, allow an extra day.

Shipping options & rates

Choose your preferred method at checkout — the cost is calculated from your cart and shown before you pay.

• Standard (Australia): 3–7 business days.
• Express (Australia): 1–3 business days.
• Free standard shipping: automatically applied once your order passes the threshold shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email. Logged-in customers can also follow every order from their account.

Delivery addresses

We currently ship Australia-wide. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can’t redirect a parcel once it’s with the courier. If a delivery goes missing, contact us and we’ll help trace it.
