Returns

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Eligibility

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unopened and unused, in their original packaging;
• In resalable condition with any seals intact;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Hygiene exceptions

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened lashes, adhesives, or any product where the seal has been broken — unless the item is faulty.

How to return an item

• Email info@sibzi.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
• We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Pack the items securely — return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll get an email when it’s done.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right at no cost to you — in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
